All ages and ability levels are welcome. Learn how to build a fun and easy project: an electro-fied pencil that makes music!

Jim is going to give an intro to circuit-making to show first-timers how it's done. Meanwhile, Jack will show more advanced techies how to trick out and wackify their invention by connecting multiple pencils, incorporating sub-harmonics and overtones, applying ring-modulation, equalization, and who knows what else.

Whether you have never touched a soldering iron before, or if want to put together your own inventions from scratch (without a printed circuit board), there is something in this class for you. Everyone will go home with a fun and totally annoying noisemaker!
